TECHNOLOGIES
MICHELIN ROCKR SOLE - Northwave and Michelin worked together to create the new benchmark for all-mountain soles. The tread design features a large number of edges and increases the contact surface to provide excellent grip on all surfaces and enhanced stability. The tread blocks mirror the design of the top-of-the-range Wild RockR 2 tire and use two different compounds with calibrated stiffness. Northwaves exclusive X-Crossbow double crossbow construction ensures excellent shock absorption in the heel area.
X-DIAL SLW3 CLOSING SYSTEM - Differentiates the pressure between the top of the instep and the toe for even better adaptability. The only one closure system that offers step by step and full opening release with just 1 single trigger. It allows to distribute the pressure along the entire surface, eliminating hotspots and provide glove-like fit. Ultra-fast: you can tighten or loosen the shoe in a flash. Pull to release: pull the button to instantly undo the shoe completely.
